Painting with Light
This assignment we were handed different forms of light to use longer exposures on to capture the lights. The class went to a very dark room and the only light were the one we created. The image I'll be reflecting on today is the very first photo created by using read and white finger light. This image was captured by having the camera on a tripod and it being shot from straight on. What makes this successful is the composition, having the more compacted light in the middle and the loser light lines bringing the viewer's eye around the image. The heart in the top middle also pops out from the image and also adds an interesting element.
